Work Policy for 2023 and Guidelines for Q2
At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. You Guoyong, Director of the Science and Technology R&D Center, Meijing Group, gave a speech on the work policy for 2023 and the guidelines for Q2. Starting from the review of the company's development and outlook for the future, the speech was divided into eight sections.
Mr. You recognized the achievements of Meijing Technology in Q1 2023, and also expressed his hope to see continuous breakthroughs made by Meijing Door and Window, Small Craftsmen, and the Installation Department in the following quarters of 2023!
During the meeting, Mr. You noted that Meijing Door and Window needs to build new door and window products and improve sales by various means, which include expanding the sales channels of such products, improving the processing technology of profiles, and raising the utilization rate of profiles. Additionally, it should improve existing products through R&D and design of energy-saving processes, as well as introduce and establish benchmark energy-efficient products.
Small Craftsmen should adopt key methods such as expanding the sales development mode, improving the current portfolio, magnifying the product highlights and advantages, and iterating the products, so as to penetrate the market faster and more steadily and vigorously, and make remarkable achievements in its business scope.
Mr. You stressed that in 2023, Meijing Technology must establish a sound pricing system to ensure market-oriented competition of products. Second, it should improve the work efficiency of personnel in each position through a sound human resource management system. In addition, it must promote and solve the problems such as product failure and delivery rate generated during the operation period by improving and optimizing the efficiency of workshops and management. Last but not least, the company must strengthen its in-house unity and market influence in order to build a good image of itself and its employees and create a reputation of a stronger, more diverse, and more cohesive company in production, workforce, and market.
Awarding Ceremony
Hard work pays off when you endeavor to do things. Meijing Group keeps in mind that its development and growth are inseparable from the hard work and dedication of employees, so it will never be stingy with the rewards for outstanding employees.
During the conference, the company awarded 16 individuals and representatives of teams with outstanding performance in Q1 2023, including Deng Xiao from the No.6 Division of the Installation Department, Yu Le from the door and window workshop, and Kuang Chuan from the Small Craftsmen workshop.
Mr. You spoke highly of all the awardees and expressed higher expectations for all the participants on site. He hoped to see more outstanding people with even greater performances when the conference in Q3 2023 is held. Meanwhile, he anticipated that the individuals or teams who have won the awards can stay true to their original aspirations and continue to move forward, so as to record greater work performance and success with higher standards and stricter work requirements.
Management Standard for Promotion and Demotion
Except for awards and bonuses from the company, excellent employees also need to enjoy their work. Mr. Wang Qiyun, a manager of the Human Resources Department, was invited to explain the Management Standard for Promotion and Demotion for employees at this conference. He mentioned that the standard revolves around fairness, openness, and impartiality, and is decided by one's performance in work. In addition, there are three opportunities (one for functional departments) for promotion and demotion in a year, and one may be promoted or demoted according to the standard.
During his presentation, Mr. Wang said that one needs to create his or her happiness in life by making practical moves and striving for success.

During the conference, Mr. Xiao Zeng, Manager of the Marketing Department of Meijing Technology, introduced the brand-new and iterative Ver. 2.0 portfolio of Meijing Door and Window to all employees of Meijing Technology.
The Ver. 2.0 portfolio is based on technology to improve the living standard with a more comfortable home. As a brand-new portfolio, it comprehensively focused on the design and R&D of the Meijing Wu Heng system, which keeps the temperature, noise control, humidity, oxygen level, and air pollution at a constant level.

Installation Process of Meijing Products
The customer's evaluation of Meijing Door and Window is not only based on their use of products but also their experience during and after the installation process. During the meeting, Mr. Luo Xin, head of the No.6 Division of the Installation Department of Meijing Comfortable Home, shared the installation process of doors and windows through pictures on the construction site.
Installing doors and windows is more than just attaching them to walls and openings. Before installation, it is necessary to double-check the dimensions of the site and examine all the installation openings one by one. During installation, it is required to make sure the depth of the screws in the wall to assure the stability of the windows and doors to avoid safety incidents.
After the window or door has been properly installed, the installer needs to check and adjust the hardware system again to ensure that the hardware and handles work smoothly without problems. Providing customers with outstanding product experiences helps Meijing gain a word-of-mouth reputation.
Safety Publicity
Safety is not only the guarantee of smooth production, but also the primary productive force. Only when the production environment is safe enough can the company ensure the safety of employees during work.
Luo Dianlin, manager of the Production Department of Meijing Technology, showed us the importance of work safety visually through pictures, texts, videos and other forms during the conference and gave a lecture on the three-level safety education in plants, workshops, and teams.
The "three avoids and three don'ts" safety principles, including "avoid injuries to oneself", "avoid hurting others", and "avoid being hurt by others", as well as "don't operate against rules", "don't give commands against rules", and "don't violate work disciplines", were introduced and explained in detail. During that, the speaker conveyed the message that working in a safe production and work environment is the only key to unlocking higher production efficiency and happier life.
