On April 3, 2023, the 2023 Work Communication Meeting for the heads of Meijing Comfortable Home stores in various regions was held in Wenjiang Customer Service Center, attended by persons in charge of stores in Sichuan, Chongqing, and Guizhou.
Focusing on the working principle of "Three News and One Big", the meeting contained a two-day study and sharing session.
During the first part of the meeting, Ma Qingtao, Sales Director of the Regional Operation Center, explained the annual policy of the regional stores in 2023 and pointed out the key points of work from the perspective of the company's operation, management, and culture. As he mentioned, the stores should "insist on providing quality and cost-effective products" and effectively implement the "Three News and One Big" to support and guarantee their upgrades while gradually replacing the Meijing Comfortable Home products with the Meijing Smart and Comfortable Home ones.
Combining the annual policy in 2023 and the changes in assessment criteria for store heads, Dong Xi, the Technical Service Manager of the regional sub-center, explained the new functions of WEB and NPS systems, as well as their promotion and application in regional stores. Dong gave a detailed presentation on various aspects, answering questions like "how to further empower stores" and "how to improve customer satisfaction".
To further empower regional sales and services, Qin Lin introduced the teaching syllabus for regional stores of the Meijing Comfortable Home in 2023, aiming to improve store heads' operation and management capabilities in terms of product, store operation, store management, and service in multiple forms.
During the sharing and discussion, heads of regional stores in Jiangyou, Leshan, and Jianyang talked about the community group buying, Douyin, and Meijing Smart and Comfortable Home, respectively, as the company's new channel, strategy, and products, highlighting the company's work focus of "Three News and One Big" in 2023.
Representatives from Jiangyou Store showed the whole process of group buying activities in the Jiangyucheng Community, covering the preparation, task fulfillment, and implementation of the activity. Finally, a consensus was reached after the discussion made by Yang Ningkai from Marketing Department and the audience: community group buying is imperative given the current market context.
Yang also summarized the following ideal methods to carry out community group buying.
1. Warming up the activity. It is advised to call the customers three months ahead of the activity and the delivery of the new real estate to contact with them;
2. Preparing drafts of wording. Based on different market backgrounds and real estate information, the drafts of wording to invite customers through the phone should be adjusted;
3. Motivating the participation of all team members. The head of a store should take the lead and set an example in carrying out the activity to encourage and instruct all employees to contribute to it;
4. Conducting publicity for warming-up services and benefits during the activity.
Representatives from Leshan Store talked about their experience in operating Douyin account as a new media channel, explaining the reasons, the methods, and the possible achievements of running new media accounts. After that, Zhou Shuchuan organized a discussion, during which everyone argued vigorously about their confusion and experience with the new media for now. As a result, the attendees recognized the current new media channel and decided to follow the trend and grasp opportunities.
The plan for the new media channel of each store this year is to register at least one Douyin or Xiaohongshu account and assign special personnel to operate it. With the organization and assistance of the company, the stores will keep up with market changes and make breakthroughs in new media operations.

Jianyang Store, as the benchmark of Meijing Smart and Comfortable Home practice in 2022, is also the biggest beneficiary of the practice. The head of the store compared the upgraded stores with traditional stores of Meijing Comfortable Home from the dimensions of "intelligence", "centralization", "collaboration", "service" and "convenience"; also, he explained the experience brought by Meijing Smart and Comfortable Home to customers from their perspectives. The presentation was made to enhance the company's competitiveness and create more value for customers.
During the discussion led by Qin Lin and joined by attendees, everyone said that they would swiftly upgrade the operational model by making use of the Meijing Smart and Comfortable Home practice. An essential step, for now, was to process the renovation of regional stores to build intelligent experience rooms there. It was hoped that with all's efforts, the company can once again lead the industry that builds comfortable homes.

Wu Bo, Executive General Manager of Meijing Comfortable Home, summarized the meeting on Day 1. First of all, he affirmed the development and changes of regional stores, and emphasize the importance of "Three News and One Big", hoping that all stores can keep up with the pace of the company and embark on the development of Meijing Smart and Comfortable Home in a quicker manner. Also, he encouraged all regional store heads to try and do difficult but valuable things.
The meeting on Day 2 kicked off in the beautiful Dujiangyan Scenic Area. On the morning of that day, the heads of all regional stores visited the Dujiangyan irrigation system, a great project integrating the wisdom and courage of the ancients. Throughout the visit, everyone was impressed by the mountains and rivers and learned about the spirit of the ancients: being innovative and pioneering regardless of difficulties. The visit also placed hope on all Meijing employees that they can adhere to the spirit of the ancients to bravely explore and strive for success in 2023, and work together to achieve excellent results.
In the afternoon, representatives from regional stores and heads of different levels had conversations on the priorities in 2023, namely the "Three News and One Big" principle. The attendees discussed and shared the specific steps they conducted or would conduct for implementing the principle and heads of stores identified the work policy and clarified their annual targets.
It was mentioned by many that in the first year after the pandemic control policies were loosened, they will keep up with the pace of the company and move forward steadily with down-to-earth implementation under the guidance of the company's rational policies, so as to gain experience and achieve fruitful results in 2023.
At the same time, all attendees learned about the company's policies, guidelines, and management regulations for 2023 with the branch leader. By doing so, the company re-emphasized its internal regulation and standardization of market management, motivating all to follow these rules and create a win-win environment with benefits for all.
At the end of the meeting, the Regional Operation Center commended the stores with excellent performance in 2022.
