At noon on February 5, 2023, after visiting employees at various posts in the office area of the Meijing Warmer, Mr. Zhang Huachun, General Manager of Meijing Group, led the director and administrative personnel managers to Dujiangyan, a famous water conservancy project constructed in ancient China, known as the "millennium miracle".

Although it was not the first time many of the group visited the Dujiangyan Irrigation System, they were again shocked by the magnificent view when they arrived at the scenic area. The water of the Minjiang River roars and flows, looking majestic; it nourishes the vast land downstream and creates the famous Land of Abundance. The project's rich historical background rendered it absolutely awe-inspiring.

"Digging sediment and building low weir" is the famous principle behind the Dujiangyan Irrigation System and can be interpreted as "explore the potential and create long-term value". Therefore, it is, on the one hand, the ancient people's wisdom in water control; and on the other hand, it reflects a philosophy of significance for today's individuals and enterprise operations. As the saying suggested, we should keep learning new things and cultivate ourselves into a person with virtues; also, we should stay low-key and uphold modesty and caution.

While visiting, the directors and managers communicated with Mr. Zhang from time to time, admiring the wisdom of the ancients and getting inspired in terms of the operation and management of the company and their respective business sectors.

After the visit, the visiting members sat down around a stove to enjoy the warmth and tea while chatting. Focusing on new leaders of the group, the operations of Meijing in southwestern regions of China, supplier coordination, big dealership marketing, and other matters, Mr. Zhang had heated discussions with everyone.

By coincidence, the day of the banquet coincided with both the Lantern Festival and the birthday of Mr. Liu Cheng, the director of the KA Department. All participants enjoyed casual conversations while conveying their best wishes to each other, and Mr. Zhang also shared his experiences in Australia. It was just like a warm family gathering.

All the present shared a very optimistic opinion about the market in 2023. In addition, as face-to-face and in-depth exchanges with Mr. Zhang became a daily routine, the future development of the company will progress with more effective measures.

The next morning after these wonderful chats, the visiting group went to the directly operated store of Meijing Comfortable Home in Dujiangyan City to send greetings to the employees there.

The Dujiangyan Store has been open for ten years, thus boasting an increasingly mature and enterprise-oriented management model with outstanding performance in sales. Mr. Zhang spoke highly of the Dujiangyan Store, the sound operation of which showcased the independent growth of such stores on the outskirts of Chengdu City and brought confidence and determination to the company's management for future development.
