Better Days Ahead After Tough Times

The Q2 Conference of the Customer Service Department of Meijing Comfortable Home was held in April 2023, a vigorous, beautiful season. Bathed in the bright sun, everyone looked so energetic.


On the afternoon of April 8 and April 9, the sub-sessions for heating and air conditioning services were respectively held as two parts of the Q2 Conference of the Customer Service Department of Meijing Comfortable Home in 2023. All technicians and management personnel of the department attended the conference. The conference agenda was as follows.


First, new employees introduced themselves.

All technicians, dressed in uniforms, and relevant functional personnel, dressed in formal clothes, arrived at the venue to sign in. The meeting kicked off on time at 13:30. Following the host's resounding opening speech and interesting interaction with the audience, the first part of the conference started, which was the new employees' self-introduction. These young people have been contributing to Meijing Group's young, energetic, and positive atmosphere.


The second part was the interpretation of Q2 Guidelines.

After the new employees' self-introduction, Wu Linqiao, the Manager of the Customer Service Department, stepped onstage. For the newcomers, Wu introduced various clubs and associations of the Meijing Group, such as the Tianya Hiking Association, Qingxibian Fishing Association, and Lanting Reading Club, which showcased the rich corporate culture of Meijing.

Later, Wu reviewed and summarized the work in Q1, and pointed out the problems and deficiencies during that, thus leading to the priorities in Q2 2023: improving efficiency, strengthening the sense of responsibility and service, strengthening the training of construction quality, and improving the professional image.

At the same time, Wu also announced that in order to improve the comprehensive quality and ability of employees, the company had prepared to establish a knowledge database called Meijing Institute so that employees can consult relevant technical knowledge. "We should focus on details, pay attention to services, and insist on doing correct things even though they are tough," concluded Wu.


The third part was the introduction of new products and processes.

At the heating and air conditioner sub-sessions, two lecturers were invited to elaborate on new products and processes, namely Lan Zhijun from the Applied Technology Laboratory and Deng Kexu, Installation Manager of the No.3 Division of the Installation Department. The briefing aimed to continuously optimize the products and processes, and improve the efficiency, the appearance, and more importantly, the customer experience and satisfaction.


The fourth part was an awarding ceremony.

From various perspectives, Meijing Group rewarded technicians who showcased outstanding abilities and performance in Q1. By granting Quality Prize, Efficiency Prize, Supporting Role Prize, Progress Prize, Service Star, Model of Technician with Safe Operation and Good Manners, and so on, the company not only recognized technicians' professional skills but also encouraged other technicians to learn and master more techniques.

In the fifth part of the conference, the speaker shared some cases of accidents.

Tian Yuan, Manager of the No.1 Division of the Installation Department, and Jiang Lun, Manager of the No.4 Division of the Installation Department, shared some cases of accidents during construction at the heating and air conditioner sub-sessions, respectively. By doing so, they urged technicians to learn lessons from the past, so as to standardize the construction procedures and carry out all procedures in strict accordance with standards to avoid accidents.


As a significant part of today's conference, the sixth part included a summary of safety construction.

Wang Xiaodong, Manager of the Repair and Maintenance Department, summarized the safety construction of the Q1, requiring all employees to adhere to the principle of putting safety first, emphasizing prevention, conducting comprehensive treatment, and sticking to the people-oriented concept. Moreover, Wang suggested strengthening safety education and training and fire emergency drills and further ensuring the safety of working at heights and using electricity, water, and fire. It should be borne in mind that production safety is relevant to everyone.


At last, a speaker announced the 12th Meijing Games. 

It had been three years since the last Games. Liang Wei, Manager of the No. 5 Division of the Installation Department, gave a brief introduction to the upcoming 12th Meijing Games next weekend, including the time, location, process, and precautions of the Games. Everyone was looking forward to it.

The five-hour conference finally wrapped up. Attendees signed in excitedly when the event kicked off and left the venue in orders with gifts when it ended. The well-arranged conference showcased the company's expectations for growth. After three years of pandemic impact, it could finally return to the stirring track and get ready for the future. After enduring patiently through tough times, we will see better days ahead. It is expected that both Meijing Group and its employees can experience sustained growth.
