On January 12, 2023, the year-end plenary meeting of the Manager Committee of Meijing Group for 2022 was held at Meijing Science and Technology R&D Center with the support of Deng Xijun, Secretary-General of the Board of Directors of the company.


At the conference, Mr. Chen Xian'an, Chief Financial Officer of Meijing Group and Executive General Manager of Meijing Warmer, reported on the data operation of various sectors of Meijing Comfortable Home, Shu Shi Mall, Meijing Warmer, and Meijing Technology in 2022, and made a detailed analysis from various aspects, such as product system, customer acquisition channels, direct sales, and regions.

In addition, Mr. Chen also announced and analyzed the results of Meijing Warmer in 2022, and made detailed plans for the operation, management, and culture of the subsidiary in 2023.


Member groups of the Manager Committee vigorously discussed various topics and made analyses and suggestions.


Mr. Wu Bo, Executive General Manager of Meijing Comfortable Home, gave a speech and elaborated on the annual policy of Meijing Comfortable Home, making clear the development path of continuing to implement the "Three News and One Big" principle for business operation in 2023.


Mr. Zhang Yizhou, Executive General Manager of Shu Shi Mall, summarized the shortcomings and achievements of the subsidiary over the past year; meanwhile, he put forward the development direction and working methods of "two news and two olds" in 2023.


Mr. You Guoyong, the Director of Meijing Technology, presented a review of the subsidiary's achievements and setbacks in 2022, along with a set of proposals aimed at cutting costs and enhancing efficiency for the year 2023.


Ms. Deng Xijun, Director of Operation Management Center, made a report on the implementation of Meijing Group's annual policy in 2022 with the keyword "synergy", by in-detail interpretation of synergy in supply chains, channels, and sales from such aspects as operation, coordination, and the Big House Supporting Services.

In her report, the annual policy of 2023 was summarized as "Building up Momentum and Making Innovations", covering the annual policy planning of four centers (Operation Management Center, Science and Technology R&D Center, Administrative Personnel Center, and Financial Audit Center), Market Coordination Committee, Efficiency Committee, Cultural Publicity and Guidance Committee, Customer Service Coordination Meeting, Logistics Coordination Meeting, Engineering Technology Committee, Safety Work Committee, and Meijing Learning Center.


Mr. Chen Xian'an, Director of the Efficiency Committee, reported on the specific improvement measures and implementation of Meijing Group in 2022 in terms to elevate operation quality, accelerate management efficiency, and optimize workflows.


Ms. He Qin, Secretary-General of the Cultural Publicity and Guidance Committee, briefed on the data and specific tasks of the company's events, employee welfare, communities, and the committee in 2022.


As new members of the Manager Committee, Mr. Ye Zhou of Shu Shi Mall and Mr. Luo Yi of the Supporting Division for Big House Supporting Services reported their work on the investment promotion, a new channel, and Big House Supporting Services, a new product.


At the end of the conference, Mr. Zhang Huachun, General Manager of Meijing Group, commented on various processes of today's meeting. He also made a presentation on the topic Environment, Form, and Task, in which he analyzed the reality and opportunities of the current international and domestic environment, industry, and market, and delved into the optimistic prospects of comfortable home furniture businesses in intelligence, doors and windows, customization, and other sectors. In addition, he pointed out nine prominent problems and two musts in the operation and management of Meijing Group, stressing that the group should continue to build strong momentum, make targeted moves, and stay persistent. As he mentioned, "One should gather efforts to achieve success". Meijing Group's employees should stay confident but avoid being cocky.


Success can be achieved by analyzing the contributing factors.
